Good Value in the Mingo Park Sandy Neighborhood
It's a full basement apartment. The 3 TVs were very good, though no local Over the Air or Cable. Washer Dryer very capacious, and in excellent condition.
Excellent Air Conditioning, Family upstairs very nice. The single bathroom is quite small but adequate.
Slight drawbacks: is lack of ventilation for in kitchen, we set off the fire alarm just by heating the oven! Also, the large sofa is not comfortable and could use replacement.
I should add that our coffee maker stopped working, and we received a new replacement within a couple of hours! I was impressed.

Conveniently located good size basement apartment
We spent 7+ days as a family of 3 at this place in December. Great location with quick access to multiple ski resorts plus supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops. The apt was well stocked with necessities, so we didn't have to buy basic cleaning supplies, olive oil, etc. We couldn't control the heat (it was done from owner's apt upstairs) and it was a bit chilly for us (the floors were cold since we didn't use shoes inside). We could also hear kid(s)' crying and people walking upstairs as there is a young family that lives in the house upstairs. This didn't affect us too much as we are early risers and were away for most of the day, but might be important to other renters. This booking also included free equipment rental for our son which was great and saved us a lot of money.
