Mountain View Home with Loft
Located 5 minutes from Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude & Brighton), and Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta & Snowbird). This beautiful retreat has been fully updated. The high ceilings, open layout with everything on one level, and large backyard providing ample space. Relax next to the fireplace after a day on the mountain, or enjoy your favorite movie on the projector screen. The kids will enjoy the play and loft areas, with a slide and tire swing to boot! The bus stop for the canyons is near the property.
**Please note this is a basement en-suite with a separate entrance, kitchen, laundry, etc. There are no shared spaces inside the home.
If someone is home upstairs, you may hear walking around and/or other noises through the floor. We at all times are considerate of guests and strive to maintain a comfortable atmosphere, but it is important to us that our guests know what to expect**

TON of space for only 3 bedrooms
It was clean, spacious and worked great for us! Location was perfect - restaraunts, grocery, gas very close and ski mountains not far either!
