We found our room to have a smoke smell. When I immediately went to front desk he said there we no smoking rooms. I returned to the room and knew the smell was bad and decided I was not comfortable sleeping with the odor. The front desk said since I booked from a third party they could not move me because they had no available King size rooms vacant. I asked for another room and was told I could not because of booking from a third party. Went back to my room totally disappointed, Now I know when they say "We'll take care of you" they need to add unless you used a third party to book our hotel. Room 104

The staff greeted us immediately and was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Parking was easy, The room was very clean, updated and had a nice mini fridge (the ones that are a little taller/bigger than the teeny tiny square mini fridges). Our bathroom was roomy, clean and updated as well. Very happy we stayed at this location.

Probably the best hotel in the chain

This hotel is a newer hotel with everything you could ask for from a 3 star hotel. Was very clean and our room was perfect. Breakfast was met our expectations. All the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Appreciate Andrew's help when we couldn't get back in time to check our promptly at noon.

It was easy to get to and from the airport, and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. TV had Direct TV channels. We could walk to several nearby restaurants that served good food, ranging from barfood (Amelia's Bar & Grill) to a gourmet meal at the Doubletree Inn's restaurant. There's a Wendy's nearby too. And we enjoyed the Comfort Inn's free breakfast which has many choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, and homefries.

This was near the airport and very close to the city, so I chose it. It's a very convenient loc. It is basically an industrial complex, but there are many hotels. Not much around for eating or shopping, pretty isolated in that regard. But the hotel is very nice, very clean, very quiet and breakfast was decent.
