First room they checked me into the toilet wasn’t working. My mother’s room the shower curtain rod was not even attached. The manager was noncompliant and rude when I approached her about the issues of my stay and wanted a credit. There was unsafe equipment in the breakfast area. Most of the staff could not even speak English, so they wouldn’t even talk to you if you had a question. My room was dirty in the bathtub and there was hair in the bed. The shower curtain was tattered and had holes. The breakfast food was disgustingly greasy un- cooked bacon. The male employee that checked me in was wearing a dirty playboy sweatshirt (what a horrible first impression).

We got to our room and asked for extra bedding. The front desk staff said that housekeeping was gona and she did not have access to any sheets and blankets. How are you a hotel without access to any extra sheets and blankets?
