I guess my only complaint would be the highway noise, but it wasn't too bad. The property was very safe and clean, staff was lovely! Breakfast in the morning was really good, plenty of tables and everything was cleaned a refilled constantly. Grateful for the always available coffee and it was so good. We had a great stay.

Liked friendliness of staff, price & outdoor pool. Some good breakfast options & breakfast area was very clean. Did not like that pool was closed. Also, no fan in bathroom.

The beds were terrible. They were so hard as were the pillows. Also I woke up to banging on the wall and the sounds of our neighbors having an early morning “rendezvous”. I don’t understand why hotels can’t seem to soundproof better than they do. Also the only ice machine was on the first floor and the ceiling right outside the ice room was missing with insulation exposed. I would give this place 2 1/2 or 3 stars out of 5 at best.
Nice hotel. Liked the king size bed and breakfast was pretty good. No outlets by the bed which was an issue for our Cpaps (breathing machines) and phone charging.
Our room had no cold water. It was hot or extremely hot. We were unable to shower or move rooms. Brought it up tofront office and she said 'thank you". Asked for management and there was no one.
We stayed at Quality Inn in Albany. QI in Albany was not as nice as BWestern, but QI breakfast was OUTSTANDING with more choices and better quality. It's time for BWestern to step up to better breakfast.
We forgot one pillow that was left in the room and we couldn't get it back
This hotel has extremely thin walls! If you want to sleep at all, do not stay at this hotel. I could hear every footstep from people above me, the conversation of the family in the room next to me that I shared a conjoining room door with and every door slamming all down the hall. On top of that, the light in my bathroom went out at 10:35 pm. Sharon at the front desk was no help and they do not have on site maintenance so I had to move the floor lamp into the bathroom so I could see. The next morning I asked to speak with a manager and apparently managers don’t work weekends, when the hotel has no vacancy, and the people who work there state they are incapable of giving any sort of refund or credit. It actually amazes me that best western doesn’t require managers to work on weekends if that’s when they are at their busiest. I guess the service and quality of hotel reflect the area; ghetto, trashy and unsafe.
Hotel was in good location close to shopping, restaurants. Hotel was very clean. The only thing we weren't happy with is we were in an ajoining room. And on the other side was little kids screaming all night. I think when the room is listed it should say ajoining rooms. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
