I had booked two rooms. One of the two rooms wasn’t cleaned when we had checked in and received the key. The bed had been slept in and not made, garbage in the garbage cans, empty tissue boxes in bathroom, dirty dishes in the sink. The room was changed and new room key delivered in approximately 15min. The second room had clumps of hair in the corner behind the door. Other than that was relatively clean.

Only good point, was very friendly staff and hotel was well located. Bad points…smell on main entrance was very bad. Bed was not very comfortable…bathroom tub was dirty…bathroom sink would not drain until you lifted plug manually…fridge was not cold…called hotel after I made my reservation with Expedia, to advise them I had a small dog and they charged me $50 plus tax yet when I arrived, they told me they didn’t know I had a dog and therefore put me on the 3rd floor instead of first. Plus they charged me $200 (refundable when departing) in case my dog peed on the carpet. Was not allowed to put dog on bed. Hotel said they have advised Expedia on many occasions that they are no longer pet friendly. I won’t stay there again

We often go to this hotel because it is convenient, comfortable and clean. It is a 3 stars hotel and worth no more than this: Scratched walls, burned light bulb, leaking shower, tv in poor condition. No room cleaning for a two day stay. Yet, it is still convenient, comfortable and clean for us.

Nous n’avons pas reçu la bonne chambre qu’on était réservé le premier soir je suis une personne à mobilité réduite je vais demander avec douche j’ai une chambre avec un bain on avait réservé pour un lit Queen. Nous avons eu un lit Dog le deuxième soir. la jeune fille a repris nous mis dans une suite, c’était vraiment bien, mais disons que nous avons payer le prix d’une chambre supérieur pour le premier soir aussi.

This hotel is great if you have lots of plans for the day and plan to not enjoy your room. Funky smell upon entering, looks a bit dirty and dated .. then the room was ok at first look but once I looked under the beds to find my son's Crocs 😨 dirty with previous toys of kids who had stayed, dust and junk behind the bedside tables....I got the ick and didn't stay the night questioning the sheets... We went elsewhere
