Amazing spot to entertain and relax

We had a large group and all enjoyed the home and pool. The house is setup perfect with sound system, bbq pit, outdoor seating everywhere, nice hot tub and pool, etc. We really had a wonderful time and the hideaway made it more relaxing and comfortable. I really love that they emptied the outside trash each day, this was a blessing considering our large group produced a lot of trash! The Sonos sound system was perfect, too!

Great location, plenty of space, great managment team

We had a lovely stay with friends. The house is huge, plenty of space for everyone to sleep, eat and relax. The location is great and there is plenty of parking for large groups. We had an easy check in but when we went to take showers late on the night we checked in, we discovered we had no hot water. The manager on duty answered the phone at 9pm on a Saturday night and was able to connect me to the maintenance man who tried to troubleshoot for us, but that didn't work. They sent someone over at 8:30am on Sunday morning and he was able to replace a part in the hot water heater and get it working again. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to fix things on a weekend and for how responsive they were to our issues, but I'm curious why the cleaning crew didn't notice there was no hot water when prepping the house. We were there for the off-season, so it's possible the house had been vacant for awhile and no one noticed. We didn't let it spoil our fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our large family group. The best part was the other part of the family stayed at Casa Estrella right next door. Our ages ranged from 7 yrs old to 80 yrs old. Tami and her staff from Frio Premier/Frio Select had excellent customer service. When we had a few minor issues they responded immediately.

Perfect house for our group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd year we have booked this home and it has been a great experience both times. The number of total beds really sets it apart from the others, especially when you have individual guests. Management company worked with us on additional cleanings and refreshing linens during a long stay. We'll be back!
