This cozy rock home is located in prestigious, gated Cypress Bend and situated on one of the very best river locations on the Frio. Great river views from inside the house, Winding Springs is perched on a limestone bluff above the Frio River. A rock staircase takes you down to your own picturesque riverfront. Awesome views overlooking the mountain range, cliffs and the Frio River!

The main river house is a one story rock beauty with a wide, deep covered back porch overlooking the river and mountain range. Featuring two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on opposite sides of the house, with rock fireplace, tile floors and vaulted ceiling. Easy functioning u-shaped kitchen with bar counter & stools. Fun @ Winding Springs
The experience was delightful and the communication was seamless! My family and I had a short stay but it was extremely fun and perfect for our group of 10, including our babies! We all had the best time, especially with private access to the beautiful Frio River. The view was truly stunning every morning and evening! We loved it and hope to be back next year!

Back to school get away
The location is amazing! Plenty of room in both houses to spread out. We spent most of our time down by the river in the backyard. We had a great time!
