The large villa is distributed over two floors. Large dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV directly connected to the outdoor area. For culinary lovers, you will find everything you need in the large kitchen with an island that will provide you with the elements you need to enjoy culinary moments. Large main hall with two armchairs for reading moments. On the ground floor there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and two rooms with two single beds and one of the bathrooms with a shower. On the first floor are the rest of the rooms, a room with two single beds and a double room with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor the two rooms connect to a large balcony.

A perfect stay in mallorca

The house was just perfect for a family vacation in a very quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool was always clean. The house was very well equipped and the barbecue had everything we needed to cook. The communication with the staff was simple and fast. We highly recommend it.

Was great location to start cycling routes. Only 10 minutes from pollenca, where you had lots of restaurants. Great spacious and clean space. We had a great time. Would recommend to anyone. Familiesfriends who come for cycling holidays. Host was responding very quickly and was helpful whenever we needed them.

Eine wunderschöne Immobilie. Sehr geräumig, gute und gemütliche Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren für ein Mädelsurlaub dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Nähe zu Inca und Pollenca war für uns perfekt. Auch eine Anfrage vor Ort beim Vermieter wurde kurzfristig beantwortet. Wir werden sicher wieder buchen.

Sie Unterkunft ist sehr ger&aumlumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und auf einem sehr weitl&aumlufigen Grundst&uumlck angelegt. Ein sch&oumlner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Brett- und Kartenspiele usw. stehen zur Nutzung zur Verf&uumlgung. Die K&uumlche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch wenn die Ger&aumlte eher einfacher Qualit&aumlt sind, erf&uumlllen sie dennoch ihren Zweck. Die Organisation und Beseitigung von M&uumlll ist sehr umst&aumlndlich und f&uumlhrt insbesondere bei der Abfahrt zu Problemen.

Die Vermieter haben jeweils schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und unsere Anliegen ernst genommen. Die Küche ist geräumig und super ausgestattet. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht und der Poolboy hat sich bemüht unseren Pool schnell vom Saharastaub zu befreien. Er kam mehrere Tage nacheinander, weil es so schwer war den Staub zu entfernen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und haben lange Öffnungszeiten. Wir konnten uns in dem ruhigen Quartier super erholen und haben die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Ein Aufenthalt dort ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Maison spacieuse avec 5 chambres, 4 super salles d’eau, très bien équipée (chaises longues, vaisselle, etc). Le coin couvert près de la piscine était très chaud (une grande toile pour protéger du soleil). Il faudrait terminer le toit en dur (bois, tuiles).

Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, nagy konyhával, terasszal. Egyszerű, gyors bejutás az apartmanba. A kérdéseinkre mindig gyors választ kaptunk, utolsó nap a late check-out is megoldható volt, amit nagyon köszönünk.

Tolle Villa

Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Alles ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Die Stromgebühren wurden uns erlassen, da wir die Nutzung der Klimaanlage nicht überstrapaziert haben. Bei Fragen kann jederzeit der Besitzer kontaktiert werden, der auch sehr hilfsbereit ist. Der Pool wird zusätzlich noch 1x pro Woche gereinigt. Einzig die Grundausstattung könnte bei manchen Dingen etwas verbessert werden, z.B. Salatschüsseln oder Seife. Einen Supermarkt gibt es im nächsten Ort, ca. 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand Muro ist ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt.
