The villa features a spacious terrace with a swimming pool measuring 5.6mx3.6m with a maximum depth of 1.70m where you can cool off on sunny days. Meanwhile, its comfortable loungers invite you to relax under the sun and enjoy the calm that can be felt on the property. You will be able to enjoy outdoor meals thanks to its table for 10 people and cook on the barbecue.



On the ground floor of the house you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, perfect for preparing all kinds of dishes with comfort. A cozy living room invites you to relax watching television or sharing pleasant family conversations. On this same floor is located a bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, with direct access to the terrace, as well as a full bathroom with shower and access to the villa's private parking, which has an interior and an exterior parking space.



The first floor is designed to offer maximum comfort to all guests. It has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and access to a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh morning air. Aufenthalt in der Villa Placeta

Die Anreise und Übergabe war unkompliziert und wir haben uns über einen Willkommenskorb mit diversen Snacks, Getränken und sogar eine Flasche Wein sehr gefreut. Ein reservierter Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Hauseingang, sowie eine Garage mit direktem Zugang zu Villa, in der man einen Kleinwagen parken kann. Wir waren für eine Woche mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Villa Placeta und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Größe und Ausstattung der Villa entspricht den Angaben zu 100%. Die Zimmer und die Bäder waren groß, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, ausreichen Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso haben wir eine vollständige, überproportionale Ausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfen Küchengeräten, Elektrogrill vorgefunden, so dass man auch leicht und locker entspannt mit 12 Personen in der Villa wohnen könnte. Waschmaschine, Außendusche, Außentoilette, großer Essbereich innen und außen sowie ein ausreichend großer Pool mit 6 Liegen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist der riesige Außengrill sowie ein separater großer Metalltisch mit Vorrichtung für eine riesige Paella-Pfanne. Der Ortskern von Sa Pobla ist fußläufig zu erreichen, dort befinden sich diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte. Am Tag unseres Auszuges hat sich die Eigentümerin vor Ort nochmals bei uns erkundigt, ob wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Placeta sehr genossen und können das Objekt ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails, avec beaucoup de soin et de goût – c’est sans aucun doute le meilleur Airbnb que nous ayons eu la chance de découvrir ! La villa était impeccable, extrêmement bien équipée, décorée avec soin, et parfaitement située. Nous avons vraiment senti que tout avait été prévu pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien. Un immense merci à l’agence Ideal Property Mallorca pour sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et la qualité irréprochable de la gestion. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Finca

Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders der Pool- und Terrassenbereich ist ideal, um gemeinsam zu essen oder einfach zu entspannen. Praktisch ist auch die Lage: Man befindet sich direkt im Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, und mit dem Auto erreicht man die Strände von Alcúdia oder Playa de Muro in wenigen Minuten. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen, die Ruhe, Komfort und kurze Wege verbinden möchten.
