Experience a dream vacation at Villa Alzina, an elegant holiday home for 6 people, surrounded by nature and tranquility in the exclusive Crestatx urbanization, in Sa Pobla.



This beautiful villa offers a private swimming pool of 10mx4m (with a maximum depth of 1.70m) with views of a green environment full of trees, perfect for enjoying pure air and Mediterranean sun. Around it you will find six comfortable hammocks to relax and disconnect.



The outdoor area also features a spacious barbecue and a large fully equipped terrace, with a table and six chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a sofa and two armchairs ideal for resting or sharing moments with family and friends. It has a bathroom with shower that provides additional comfort during pool days.



Inside, the main space combines living room, dining room and kitchen in a spacious and bright environment. The living room has a large sofa where you can rest while watching your favorite programs on television and a fully equipped dining room to share meals and dinners next to the windows that allow you to enjoy views of the garden and pool. The kitchen, fully equipped, includes a table with chairs where you can have breakfast and access to the terrace.



On this ground floor there are also three double bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Moderne, schön gestaltete Finca in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente haben uns gut gefallen. Leider konnten Sauberkeit und Service nicht ganz überzeugen, weshalb wir hier Verbesserungspotenzial sehen. Insgesamt dennoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und eine gute Unterkunft für einen Mallorca-Urlaub. Als Beispiel: Die Finca ist für 6 Leute. Wir sind mit 6 Leuten angereist. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben aber nicht wie "erwartet" 6 Bettdecken sondern nur 3 große
