Staff are very Nice - Kudos to them especially to the guy in frondesk who check us in & assisted us until checkout Location is really good with Train view BUT construction on site Our 2 rooms not same Bldg -Very Inconvenient Originally booked for price of Mountain view but when checkin offered mountain view upgrade with fee - not sure why - hard to explain due to language barrier Overall still good with Free Full Hot Breakfast

Staff were fantastic. Pool not operational. Thankful that they upgraded us for my partners Birthday. Not happy to have to pay 500000 dong for dropping a ceramic soap dispenser! A lot of construction at the site. General Manager was kind enough to give us a lift to the bus station.

Not recommended for now.

The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide. During breakfast, we were trying to order eggs but the person in charge wasn’t even looking at us - she then proceeded to ask the westerners behind us. We tried 3 times and just gave up because it’s just rude. Eventually the other person working there helped us order. I’d say you’ll find better properties in Sapa with better service. And I hope this property can fix the retaining wall in the front of it, and don’t use the building infront until the landslide issue is addressed for safety.

위치만 좋은 호텔…. 비추입니다.

수영장은 보기에는 좋아보이는데, 모래투성이에 관리가 전혀되지 않고 족욕장수준으로 깊이가 무릎아래… 저는 여행시 하루는 꼭 수영을 하는데 실망이 이만저만,… 그리고 저와 통화한 여성분 ( 아마 예약관련 매니저인듯) 앞으로 가격을 이야기할때는 직원들과 말을 맞추시길…. 사파의 좋은 추억이 이분과 30분 통화로 다 깨졌어요. 직원들의 영어수준이 전반적으로 거의 대화가 불가능한 수준 몇몇 매니저를 제외하고… 서비스에 대해서는 100점 만점에 10점입니다. 한국의 지방 모탤보다 못한 수준.
