This property is in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. Both bathrooms have mold/mildew stains around the ceiling. All of the exterior wood is rotting. Handrails are not stable. There needs to be a notice that you will have to climb stairs most likely to get to your room and the room I stayed in was an upstairs downstairs set up. So be prepared to lift your luggage and groceries up/down the many stairs. That being said, the view is incredible, but beware that you have to drive up a winding road to get to the top of the mountain where the resort is located. The unit inside is very nice other than the mold/mildew situation. Staff is not very welcoming and do not treat you as a welcomed guest, even though you’ve paid for the stay. Seems like the entire area in Ruidosa is in poor shape and depressed due to flooding and economic issues.

Very disappointed about the pool area and the hot tub no working. They should have told us since that was one of the reasons we chose this property. Also the water at the pool was too warm. It should have been fresh since is summer and it was hot outside

This is an older property that has been kept up pretty well. The pool area needed some heavy cleaning and the hot tub was covered with a piece of plywood and obviously not working which was disappointing.

Cool location on top of a mountain. Loved the brick driveway. Condo was roomy with full kitchen. Refrigerated air was nice. Views were beautiful. Area was quiet, except for noisy neighbors above us. Parking is a little weird. Overall, the resort is in need of renovation. The condos, the pool house, the game room, all are needing updating and/or repairs. The restrooms in the condo were especially dilapidated. Everything is functional (minus the jacuzzi), however, and we still enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 mostly due to the location. Oh, and the price was reasonable (start of August).

Property has not been maintained in a long time. Everything is old and outdated. Not safe and not clean. Ex: nails on the pool floor, broken chairs at the pool area, loose nails on the deck rails. Very poor management. Will be the last time I stay there.
