"The facility is showing definite wear. Tubs weren’t well cleaned, freezer in the fridge wasn't working. Jets in hot tub were so weak they made them all but useful. Never had rooms maintained for new towels etc. Towels were not stocked by pools other than in the mornings, so nothing by the end of the day were left. Ceiling tiles show water damages and potentially mold at the edges( i didn’t want to really investigate it) but the staff was very pleasant and conversational when call for. Did everything they could to provide guest satisfaction. Particularly the female night lead. The stay was good for what we needed but for the price honestly your only paying for location and having a Starbucks on site. Everything else was quality of a days inn cheap hotel. The ac couldn't keep up with the humidity of a pool side room."
