Pros: Great location, 5 mins walk from Piazza Navona and a collection of good restaurants. Also 15 mins to Trevi Fountain and 20 mins to Spanish Steps. Clean room and bathroom and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Two members of staff on the desk from early morning until 11pm. Very safe setting and area, we never felt unsafe. Cons: The hotel is on the second floor of an apartment block, so there is no lobby or communal areas. The hotel is 9 rooms and the concierge desk, with 5 of the rooms surrounding the concierge desk. Expedia rates the hotel as 3 stars but its official rating is 2 stars, this is not the hotel's fault and it is a high standard for 2 star, but it is something worth flagging. The breakfast is slightly expensive for what you get, it's delivered to your room on a tray every morning at a set time and is made up of 1 hot drink, tea, coffee etc. You can choose from croissants, toast, biscuits, and various spreads. If you wanted fruit or yoghurt you had to pay extra everyday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to its location, cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay at Vanity Hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly and super accommodating. The room was lovely and clean as well as super comfortable. It was a tiny bit loud from street noise but it didn’t bother me too much as I can fall asleep with noise. Just something to keep in mind if you struggle. The location is amazing too, all for such a great price!

Right in the middle of most attractions, no need to pay for taxi's or buses. A slow walk to the colloceum is about half hour with shops and loads of things to see.
