Cozy 50-square-meter apartment with a spacious terrace, ideal for 4 people, located on the first floor (with an elevator NOT suitable for people with disabilities) of a building in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet just a short walk from St. Peter’s and well-connected to the main attractions in the city center.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with a table and chairs for your outdoor meals.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br>- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed for two people (1.40 m x 1.90 m), a coffee table with four chairs, and a coat rack;<br><br>- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, and various kitchen utensils;<br><br>- BEDROOM with a double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), armchair, dresser, and wardrobe;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, sink, and toilet;<br><br>- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (dining table, chairs, bench, and gazebo).<br><br><br><br>OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split-system units in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, TV, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows, hair dryer, and clothesline.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A few unassigned parking spaces are available in the building’s inner courtyard; therefore, parking is not always guaranteed.<br><br><br><br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is strategically located, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant’Angelo, in a quiet residential neighborhood that is also full of amenities (bars, pubs, shops) and well-connected to the rest of the city, thanks to the Roma San Pietro station (a 5-minute walk) and numerous bus lines. The city center can be reached on foot or by public transportation; from there, you can easily walk to the city’s various attractions.<br><br><br><br>- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment via the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where you can take bus No. 64 toward Stazione San Pietro to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.<br><br><br><br>- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is more difficult to reach the apartment by public transportation. We therefore recommend taking a taxi (33 km away).<br><br><br><br>- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 64 toward Stazione San Pietro to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 to Civitavecchia or train 4500 to Grosseto, getting off at Stazione San Pietro, a 5-minute walk from the property.<br><br><br><br>- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). There are a few unassigned parking spaces available in the property’s inner courtyard; however, parking isn’t always guaranteed. Additionally, you can park for free or for a fee (blue lines) on the surrounding streets. Finally, please note that there are several garages nearby, such as the Garage Stazione San Pietro, located 500 meters from the property, which is open 24 hours a day and free during certain hours and on holidays.<br><br><br><br>The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.<br><br><br><br>In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.<br><
