Amazing host and property. Only stayed for 2 nights with family of six. Great location, easy check in. Apt is up several flights of stairs but there is an elevator. Host met us for check in and scheduled fair priced and reliable transportation for us. Overall a great experience.

Superb location in the heart of everything you want to see. Just around the corner from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The elevator was a plus! Host was gracious, informative and extremely helpful arranging transport to and from Roma Termini!

The apartment is rather dark and the lighting not really adequate. Location is super, close to everything. Towels were ok but not enough shampoo and soap for a family of five staying for 6 nights. Otherwise a very nice apartment. If you are a light sleeper this is not

Great location!

We loved our 5 nights in this apartment. There were 4 of us. My adult son slept in the loft area on the futon and my daughter was in the bedroom with the skylight but the shade kept the room dark. Our bedroom was on the main floor. Our bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. The AC worked so well! We actually used the washer quite a bit and just air dried our clothes. The tiny elevator was a nice option after so much walking. Having the code to get into the building was important as the front door key didn’t work for us but the unit key and elevator worked well. Cansu met us at the unit and checked us in early (for a fee) and was very responsive to my follow-up questions. Great location for Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and all the big highlights. The area was very safe. There is a great cafe a block away for morning espresso and pastries.I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home. Wonderful host. The apartment was clean, very cool even during some of the hottest weather I’ve ever been in. Ruel was extraordinarily helpful in connecting us with activities, restaurants, rides, etc.. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment!

Perfect location and beautiful space for our family of 6 adults. So close to the Pantheon and an easy walk to all the best spots in Rome. The lift and the excellent air conditioning were worth every penny and the apartment is even better than described. Communication was easy and host gave great recommendations and help with transportation from airport and train stations. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was just as represented. Communication was excellent. Checkin process was thorough and helpful. The neighborhood had a local feel and only 2-3 minute walk to PantheonThe air conditioning worked very well for summer travel. Recommend to use the driver pickup service from airport and return. A fabulous time in the heart of Rome.

Good central location

The property is very centrally located and close to all sites in Rome and is a lovely rustic type dwelling. It luxurious however it was sufficient for our needs. The only drawback is that the elevator is extremely small and cannot really fit luggage and people. We have to be going up the elevator seperately from the luggage. Also, if you are old and you have bad knees and a hard to walk up the stairs, I would rate this an eight out of 10. The property manager was very good and helping us get transportation and meeting on time.All in all it was a good experience!

Perfect location and great space

The place was perfect for our family of 5. Kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and it was in a perfect location to explore Rome! The check in and out was easy and the property managers communicated well and showed us places to go on the map. Will rent again when in Rome!

Was just PERFECT!

I'm not sure what was better: the customer service before, upon arrival and at check-out; the location; or the spacious apartment and amenities. We have stayed in several European cities and this made the trip perfect for us. The pizza shop across the street is amazing, and you are literally few minutes walking distance from everything you come to see in Rome! Plus, the apartment has absolutely everything you could want and need on your vacation. We will come back here again!

Authentic Neighborhood in Venice

Really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s well appointed apartment in a quaint part of Venice that was really well located. We stayed there with our grand kids and family and they enjoyed the whole house music system. The renovated wood beam ceilings were fantastic and as an architect I appreciated the attention to every detail. Would definitely stay there again!

Love this Loft!

Wow where to begin! We loved everything about this beautiful loft over looking the river. Communication was easy and timely. We were warmly greeted by Miji who let us in the loft and gave us a tour of the place and how things worked and also recommended a few restaurants and bars and cafes nearby. We could not have asked for a more wonderful VRBO host. She treated us like family and we loved it! The location and view are unmatched. The magic of watching Florence life out the window was magical. We definitely would love to return! Maybe next time for a full month!

location, location, location

We had a great stay in Rome! This apartment was in such a perfect, central location. It’s on a cute little quiet side street with several interesting businesses. But an easy walk to so many of the touristy things we were there to see. The property manager who checked us in was very helpful, and I highly recommend using their airport transfer service. Made it super easy to get in and back out to the airport. The apartment was a nice layout for our family of four, and it was well appointed with nice bedding and towels and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic apartment near the Pantheon

The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. The beds had clean linens. The living room was good for gathering and chatting. It was pretty cold and we had a hard time heating it up. The place was clean except in the master shower that had black mold. The beds were a bit hard, but might not be an issue for others. It would have been nice if they had coffee pods.for the coffee maker and enough toilet paper for our stay.
