Non ci siamo

Hotel posizionato sul lungomare di torvaianica, parcheggio non presente, possibilità di parcheggiare lungo strada a pagamento. Reception ben tenuta e molto carina, non si può dire la stessa cosa della camera che è risultata sporca (un telo da bidet trovato in camera sotto un letto al nostro arrivo) e poco curata ( profilo interno della porta del bagno inesistente per due terzi, placca della serranda non pervenuta è una tapparella che non si abbassava…) Ciliegina sulla torta musica a tutto volume dal locale sotto che affacciava dalla camera fino a notte, capisco che almeno questo non dipende dall’hotel ma perlomeno alla reception quando ci hanno dato la camera sapendo che avevamo un bambino di 20 mesi potevano darci una camera interna. Infine precauzioni COVID non pervenute dato che sia il personale alla reception che la donna delle pulizie erano tutti senza mascherina all’interno dell’hotel. Sconsigliato
