Air conditioning will keep you cool throughout the house on those warm summer days and nights.

Enjoy the ocean breezes and stunning views while dining or relaxing on the deck. The outdoor table seats up to 4 and comes with an umbrella providing shade when needed. Grill up your favorite summer meal on the small gas grill.
