The room was really nice and the staff was awesome. The breakfast was a disappointment. Nothing hot. Truly a continental breakfast. Which is not my fav. Also wish they had a hot tub. The pool is nice.

There were Ramen noodles and pill bugs on the bathroom floor, evident that the floor had not been swept or mopped. Bed was uncomfortable and for the price per night, the cold cereal and stale muffin breakfast was not acceptable.

Don’t stay here! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This place is an absolute dump and the bed linens aren’t changed or clean! The manager is the worst and the staff are rude. They don’t handle complaints well and flat out call you a liar even if you have pictures proving the conditions of the room. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub or the sinks and the rooms haven’t been updated since the place was built. Smells terrible and looks terrible and there’s been no maintenance done. There’s many more options for less money and alot cleaner. We left and went somewhere else and i hope our experience can save others from making the same mistake we did. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but this place is a dump and i hope i can convince anyone thinking about staying go change their minds. The pictures on the website are very deceiving!

It has a great location if you want to visit nearby towns in Rockport. The staff is kind, but you have to ask them to make up your room every day if you want so. The room and cleanliness are good.

For the price I expected a bit more. We loved sitting by the outdoor fire pit each night but the cushions were left out in the rain so we could not use them. The bathroom was very small. The carpet seemed damp. The room was clean and the staff were very nice but this property could use an upgrade.
