We dealt with three different staff members. We were a half hour early for check in but there were only a handful of people staying there being the off season. The woman who would eventually check us in was sitting in the breakfast area on her tablet. She could plainly see me standing at the front desk, but scrolled on her tablet for several more minutes before coming over to check us in. The vibe was cold. The other two men we dealt with were fine and helpful . The room was clean and fine. The "heated" indoor pool was very dirty and not warm. Unusable.
