I am writing to share that this property is amazing and features the best views. The living quarters and amenities are luxurious and served all of our needs perfectly.I also wanted to commend the property manager, who captured my experience to perfection. They were very responsive, and when an issue surfaced, they handled it with professionalism and fairness.When I plan my next trip, I will be calling Evoke Concierge first!

Perfect Vacation

This house has everything you can think of to be comfortable and relax. Views are amazing and able to fish or swim while enjoying the views. When the kids needed a break they just watched a little tv in the shade. Overall just a great spot!

We had a relaxing time with our immediate extended family. Everything was provided for it was bless, and that ice machine is a gold mine.

Annual Family Reunion

Everything was as good as it gets, some of the highlights, Commercial Ice Machine, Pool with hot tub, the entire property right on a canal and our grandchildren loved fishing and catching all day long, all weekend long. Kitchen large and beyond fully stocked with every cooking utensil known to mankind. Love the Place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4th of July in the best neighborhood!

Great house that was just as pictured. What isn’t in the listing were the dolphins that came in every morning and evening and swam right by the fishing dock or the neighborhood association fireworks display that is shot off next door - no better display anywhere! The neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful on both sides as well. While it’s a short drive into town, I’d say for a group trip, this house checks all the boxes and we really didn’t want to leave the house! Fishing from the dock we caught a few different varieties, although most were small so catch and release - but the grandkids loved it!

Just Wonderful

This is a top-notch home and location, with plenty of room for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect with views of the bay and canal. Everything you need is supplied for cooking. There is a crock pot plus more more cookware, glasses, and plenty of utensils and dishware. The only thing I would recommend is to bring an extra roll or two of paper towels. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and linens, and the two living areas make the spaces very versatile. We are already to go again!

Miss Kitty, WE LOVE YOU!!! Our stay was by far....PERFECT! The home was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was stocked to the hilt with ALL the comforts of home and then some!! It was crisp and clean but inviting, warm and tranquil!!! You hit a home run with this property! I’m worried if I give this great of a review it will not be available to me in the future ??
