Not too pricey but above average accommodations. More effort needed for the breakfast offering. There were ants around the breakfast offerings because of the syrup and the cereal.

It was outdated and was in need of a lot of TLC. The bathtub did not drain properly. It was fairly clean, I have stayed in a lot better.

The view and the price were the best part about staying at the Days Inn in Rockport. My room was on the second floor where I could watch sunrise and sunset over the water from the double glass doors on the deck. Staff efficient and courteous. Walking distance to the beach and galleries and grocery store, which was very convenient, as was having a fridge, microwave, and dining table in the room, Wifi switched off when I tried to text on my iPad. The room was really smelly and the heater was really noisy. There was some road noise too. I almost switched hotels for my second night but was seduced by the location and the view. There is free continental breakfast but only an apple for me since I eat gluten free meals.

The room was very clean and the staff was very professional. You could not ask for anything more. The location was great and it was perfect for the visit. I would definitely recommend this place to stay t anyone and I will definitely return in the future.

The hotel was right across the street from the beach, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected (cheese omelets, yogurt, granola...). My only complaint is that they didn't mention the pet fee ($15 per pet, and we had two). That was $30 I wish I had known about before booking.

The check in was quick and easy, although our room they gave us was on the 3rd floor, last room and they have no elevators...so that sucked! The rooms are outdated but the beds were comfortable! for the money, it was decent!

Not bad, good for a night's stay. Expected a little more for the price. The Hampton Inn nearby is better in terms of comfort. Even though right near the beach, it's not really a part of the beach you'd want to hang out on.

At first, I was very disappointed in this hotel and looked into changing to a different hotel. I ended up just keeping reservations and it turned out ok. We had to drive to get to our idea of a beach. Complimentary breakfast was good and our kids got a little bit of use out of the small pool. The staff was friendly. We, however, do not feel like we got our monies worth. I would stay there again but for much less!

Kids enjoyed the pool. Very clean room. Great shower. No fridge as listed but it met our need perfectly for the price. Plan to stay here again in the future. Loved how close it is to Rockport Beach!

I was a little taken back when I first arrived.. because it kind of looks a little dumpy. The room was OK, and the sheets were clean.. I was alone and did not bring my family so it ended up being fine.

The hotel was very easy to find, and it helped to see pictures of it first. The hotel is located across the street from the water, so the view is very nice. While this is not a brand new building everything was clean and in good repair. We tried to get other hotels to come down on the price with no luck. While in Rockport we drove to the island and went to the Bird Sanctuary and we also wen to the Aransas Wildlife Refuge.

We had never been to Rockport and booked the very affordable room at the last minute. The hotel is located right near "downtown" Rockport and a quick drive to the many restaurants in Fulton. Access to Corpus Christi is convenient as well, as there are many tourist attractions there. The managers (a couple) were very nice and extremely helpful, but the hotel was a bit undermaintained. The rooms had visible dirty areas, like a streaked mirror in one of the rooms as well as balls of dust near the bed-side lamps. Our coffeemaker didn't work either. For the price, it was a bargain. My son and I would stay there again, but my wife and daughter would prefer to pay up and get a place with a little more charm and better maintained.

We were so comfortable with our room. We had an obstructed view of the water but it was still good. The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will book here again.

For the price, a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and simple. On the trip, I stayed very little time in the room. It was really just for sleeping and showering. It was very functional in both cases. The view overlooked the marina, so it was nicely located.

I was a little concerned about the hotel being outdated but what it lacked in fancy extras it made up for in clean rooms, friendly service, and great location. Right across from the Beach Park. Just walked across the main road & was at the beach! A wonderful time & will definitely return & tell others too. Pool was a little small but clean. The only down side was the breakfast was skimpy but other than that-GREAT!

Days Inn was very clean, close to alot of restaurants, very close to the beach, and wasn't hard to find. We really enjoyed our time here. The bathroom was a little small, but it served it's purpose. The rooms was large enough and bed were comfortable.

very comfortable and descent, a little pricey or wish there were a special. a air condition part was broken and wish there were a map of close by restaurants ans attractions.

This is a great hotel for travelers looking for a one night stay. It is not aplaceto atay for the week. The rooms are a little older and it lacks the ammenties needed for an extended stay. We wanted to be in Rockport early, so that we could get the most out of our beach house. We stayed at this hotel the night before to accomplish that, and for that purpose it was fine, low cost and right in the middle of town.
