Lots of great common space and character!
We were in Rochester for a funeral and needed a comfortable place to visit with family and friends. This house was wonderful and the hosts were so lovely. I think it’s important to note that there is no bathroom on the main level. There is a half bath in the basement and a full bath on the second floor. And we were there during the dog days of summer so at times it was hard to get the upstairs to really cool off. But it’s an older home so we understood! All in all we really really enjoyed our stay here. They’ve added a lot of nice touches with games, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and they even have a nice backyard for relaxing!The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our timing needs.There were also complimentary Keurig kcups and nice soap/shampoo provided.

Great place, spacious, but beds were very firm
Cute house with charming Christmas decorations in every room. That really made our stay feel special. I want to give 5 stars but the beds in our experience are much, much too firm. Three adults and two kids had a hard time getting a decent night's sleep during our three night stay unfortunately. I don't think I have ever slept on a foam mattress that was so firm. On a plus side, there were lots of games to keep us occupied between visits to the areas wonderful museums.

Location gave off a nice neighborhood feel with an adequate offering of nearby locations for food, shopping, and recreation. The house was clean and as advertised. The host provided the necessary information prior to arrival and was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home
Tommy’s place more than met our expectations. The house had many additional amenities that were so thoughtful and helpful, like Q-tips, shampoo & conditioner, ample towels & so much more. Beds were extremely comfortable. It is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy. I didn’t realize there is a half bath in the basement too. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Rochester
This property was everything it was said to be and even better! Most places I've stayed in usually have limited kitchen supplies. The owners thought of everything and everything you could need, including a very nice spice rack. The ice trays in the freezer were even filled! My family and I would definitely stay here again.
