decent property, problematic manager

The unit is as described in the listing - clean and conveniently close to the Mayo Clinic. The kitchen is minimally stocked - good enough if you're only staying a few days, but if you plan to cook full meals, you'll be short on many supplies. Most VRBO units have a lot more supplies for meal preparation.The reason for my 1 star review is my interaction with the property manager after leaving. Two days after I left, I was sent an email demanding that I pay additional money for an issue that arose after I left and when a new guest was staying there. Upon my refusal to pay for something that happened after my stay, the manager became very offensive and just submitted a bill through VRBO, even though I had been very clear that it wasn't an issue when I was there. (had they checked the unit after I left, as they were supposed to, then there would have been no doubt that it had nothing to do with me). I reached out to VRBO to complain, and they put me on the phone with this manager, who was very demeaning and insulting. I would definitely say proceed with caution in any dealings with this manager.

Great Spot!!

Yasmine's place is outstanding. We've stayed there twice and have been very happy with it. It is immaculate, well-appointed, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it's well stocked for visitors who want to stay home and cook. It is within a 10-minute walk to the Mayo Clinic which is a plus. You also have a variety of restaurants within walking distance. It's a great place.

Get place and perfect location

One of the cleanest and best stocked places we have stayed. They had everything one would need for at least a week if they flew in and couldn’t bring a lot. We could walk to the clinic and St Mary’s hospital. Will stay here again when we come back up.
