House was great! We had a big group and it was perfect for everyone. Played golf at Thanksgiving Point. Plenty of places to eat and easy to get to other places.

We were happy we found this house to accommodate our large, extended family! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the theater room and game room were bonus areas for recreation. Walmart and Costco were both only a short drive away. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. We also appreciated the large family room for everyone to gather, a fenced backyard for activities with the grandchildren, and ample parking on the property. We did have some issues with the air conditioning, but Damian was very responsive and helpful in improving that situation. The large, main kitchen along with the second kitchen in the basement gave us plenty of space to cook for our crowd. Overall, a great stay!

House size and location was perfect for our group. The house needs some maintenance and was not completely clean when we got there. There was have eaten food in the downstairs kitchen fridge. A smoke detector was chirping the whole time we were there and the thermostats were blowing hot air even though we had them turned as low as we were permitted to turn them. When I message the host he said he would send someone over and never did. Towels and supplies were also very limited for our group even though we didn't fill the house. With a little care this home could be an amazing rental.
