We didn't get the room we wanted (should've been a jacuzzi hot tub because the jets were broken) then the tv didn't work on superbowl sunday. We were offered another room that was dirty and smelled due to it being a smoking room. Breakfast was a sunny d and yogurt. The pool was green. They were working on updating the other rooms till 11pm (maintenance) Still waiting on the refund that I've yet to receive.

The room was filthy and smelled like an old dirty wet towel. Floors were dirty and grimy, sheets were stained and had holes that looked like cigarettes had burned them. Tiles next to the jacuzzi tub were coming off the wall and was disgustingly dirty. Old seats in the room were grimy and old looking. Towels had stains. Coffee pot was dirty as if it had never been cleaned with old dry thick coffee stains and the heated portion where the pot sits looked like old coffee had poured onto it and melted the area and it was never cleaned. The toilet seat had brown splashed up stains underneath it that hadn't been cleaned. Had it not been soo late and the fact that I was exhausted I would have gone to another place or slept in my truck. I certainly didn't expect a five star experience, but I thought id get a room for the night that was at least semi clean. I expected more from Wyndham.

Looks nothing like advertised, super disappointing that Hotels.com would allow pictures of this hotel when it does not match descriptions I felt like it was below Motel 6. Scratches all over the floor. The walls were chipped and dirty. They didn’t even change the toilet paper roll from the last people (it was almost gone). There was only one towel in the room had like an attic door in the ceiling. Also, the smoke detector had no batteries and the baseboards around the room had like grime and whatever else and on the walls. Their pool was really dirty. One last thing the picture shows like an area for breakfast like tables and stuff, but they don’t even have that there. They have a little counter in the check-in office that has like yogurt and. A pastry.

Expedia failed to honor my 1st floor request. A 3pm check in was unavailable. Trash on 2nd floor walk way with housekeeping walking right by. No towels in room. Dirty floor next to dresser, needs to be pulled out and swept. Toilet dirty. Hair on bedspread & shower curtain.sink plugged and coffee pot bottom dirty and insert broken. New soap behind toilet reveals never cleaned prior to check in. No light breakfast. Tiny sunkist and 2 yogurts.

Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property, booked through Expedia under the name [Your Name] on [Reservation Date]. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room where several amenities were not functioning as advertised: • Heater and air conditioning did not work. • Television was inoperable. • Jacuzzi bubbles were not working. I immediately contacted the front desk, and while the staff attempted to fix the TV, it remained non-functional. Eventually, I was offered another room that met the expectations outlined in my booking. However, the inconvenience and time spent dealing with these issues significantly impacted my experience. I booked through Expedia with the expectation that the room would match the description provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I should have said something you requested my if not demand that I'd be giving a different room the walls were dirty the environment was dirty and when I got around to the air conditioner there was so much build up of allergens and I mean it was so pretty dirty I mean I was speechless you have to clean it out and not say anything and I just make the best out of it and kept it to myself but I think these people really need to step up to their hospitality and you know cleanliness for being part of hotels.com or you don't mean the general population they advertise to

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed at m. I neglected to look at the reviews beforehand and I’ll never make that mistake again. Bedding was stained. I went to my car and got blankets to use instead of theirs. The room was filthy. Nothing worked. The light breakfast was a joke. I had to wake the guy up to check out while I waited for him to unchain the door to get my deposit back. Transients milling about at all hours of the night making noise. Felt totally unsafe. The deadbolt didn’t work properly etc…..too much to list.
