Terrible experience with this hotel. Staff in checkin was rude and requested for late checkout was not honored. As a diamond member of IHG, I never had such experience before in any IHG hotel. I was very disappointed and will never stay in this hotel again!

Came in at 2:45, to check in. Was told could not check in yet because check in is at 3:00. Fifteen minutes early and could not check in. I don’t think this was the way to treat a guest. Also I almost slipped taking a shower. No bars or tub mst to keep you from slipping.

Room was clean, non issues. Staff support, night supervisor at front desk had a bit of an attitude. The key to room 213 did't work, went back to desk to report issue with key.m The night supervisor without a courtesy of acknowledging faulty key, replaced it. No I'm sorry sir for your inconvenience. Second key issued still did not work. Finally she offered a different room. Common courtesy absent throughout that ordeal
