Room was completely filthy, dusty like it had been cleaned In a year graffiti on the tables inside the room as well as water damage and bugs infesting the whole place, homeless coming and going as they pleased and the whole hotel just smelled awful

A decent place to stay

It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.

The floor was filthy. Microwave wasn't plugged in, short cord. Had to put it on a chair by a plug. TV's sound didn't work. We asked for help but staff never showed. There was a spot for tissue but they don't carry tissue. Shower water occasionally went ice cold during our showers.
