"I’m very torn on this review. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and professional. The room itself was very barebones, older furniture (we were on 5th floor in a family cabin), and looking quite worn. Maybe the idea was to not be in the room much. We were a little bummed that the main attraction didn’t open til 10 and closed at 8 when we were there. It was a smaller water park but our 9 year old had a ball and didn’t care. It was tough to find a place to sit but eventually we found spots. It was a constant upsell. The room we got was over $500. Then parking was $20, extra people were $20 each, mini golf high ropes etc was extra, and of course arcade and build a bear. It was just very crowded, chaotic, and expensive. I guess in fairness it was over 100 in Phoenix, so what else is there to do with kids. But it was just underwhelming and expensive. I am glad we did it but we don’t need to go back."
