Three-room apartment of 88 m2 plus uncovered areas surrounded by greenery, in a particularly quiet area, about 700 meters from the sea. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, a bright living area and bathroom with shower. It also has a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea in the background (the solar sail was mounted after the photo shoot), a second porticoed terrace. The property includes a comfortable garage.

- small pets allowed with a supplement of €30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service . For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .
