Humberto was amazing at check in, check out and in between. He spoke Spanish and English as well which was very helpful for me and my friend. Would strongly recommend this hotel as it is central to everything.

My husband and I had an amazing time and spent 6 nights at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and ready to help and answer any questions we had. Room was small but had everything we needed and most importantly clean. We had a great view from our room and it was quiet at night. Staff speaks English and Spanish and always tried their best to communicate. Big thank you to Louisa and Alexandre ! We recommend this beautiful hotel and will definitely be back!

Hotel excelente, 5 estrelas. Infelizmente no check in tentaram empurrar um quarto horrível pra gnt totalmente diferente do escolhido por foto. Ainda alegaram que era “recém reformado” Imediatamente reclamei e disponibilizaram um novo de acordo com o reservado. Tirando esse pequeno problema de resto foi tudo perfeito

Arrived with my mother in law and goddaughter who is 8, tired from a long day stuck in a bad storm, soaking wet. Desperate to take a warm shower and to get in bed, we went to check in. I had made the reservation for two people but brought my goddaughter because of the flooding on Av Niemeyer, we couldn’t drop her off at home and she stayed with us. The hotel advised me that we would have to upgrade the room in order to accommodate her. I said she would sleep with us in the bed. They told me because of the weight it cannot accommodate all of us. Mind you my goddaughter is a frail tiny girl, as well as my mother in law, she’s about 1.50cm. They were sold out of all rooms but one, we would have had to pay over 2000 reais for that room. Despite the pouring rain and exhaustion, I walked out and booked another room. They wouldn’t refund me. The hotel looked pretty and it’s a shame, but I’ll never attempt to stay there again.

The hotel was fine, but the guy at the reception (Marcos/Marcis) was awful. I will never return to the hotel only because of this guy. The rest of the staff was great, except for this person. He doesn't know how to treat customers. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life in front of a friend.

The hallways were not air conditioned plus our air conditioner was working one night we woke up at 5am sooo humid couldnt sleep..they told me when i asked that i didnt need wifi password that it would just connect i had frustrating internet issues complained upon checkiut and yhey then told me with iphone i needed the password…communication terrible…room had small bugs by the fridge and bath tub…tv placed in a poor pisition to watch and couldnt move it…very hard to find free water …breakfast was very good a lot of food…overall wasnt the happiest but they did refund one night after complaint but still would never stay there again…
