Very friendly service
After a long day hiking in the Interlaken area, my wife and I went to check-in to our room at this B&B. The lady at the reception (probably the owner) told us that she did not have any rooms left for us as she had to accommodate a large party that had come in without a reservation! I had made a reservation and paid for the room a month in advance. She had moved us to another hotel (a few miles further down the road) which clearly was not of the same quality as this one, although I cannot attest to the quality of this hotel since we didn't stay there. We received no intimation, email or phone, prior to going in person to check-in. I have never faced such carelessness and utter disregard to advanced reservations and customer service. Please beware and have a backup plan.
