"Too busy. Atrium area is like a train station.
I dont like tipping in genral, but especially not for serving staff that dont make an effort - but when it is 20% already on the ticket most people dont want to make a fuss.
Desk staff were quite good.
Rooms were basic/functional
Rooms cleaned nicely each day
Weird thing with the bar/Starbucks going on. Never managed to get a starbucks because the que was too long. This is a shame because the destination fee is used as a credit for this and if you dont use it, you lose it"
