Room was good condition, but pillows smelled, and there were black hairs on both beds and sink. Took a while to figure out all the lights. Kinda expensive at 200 a night. The bathroom towels were nice. Only one chair in the room to sit. So had to sit on the bed to play a board game.

The pool was so cold and the jacuzzi was just warm and full of kid kicking me and smashing it was so much that I had to get out. We had dinner at the Longhouse and we ordered the SUSHI chefs choice, and it wasn't SUSHI it was tempura rolls😔😢😭. We were very disappointed to spent 80$ for just tempura rolls!

Clean, efficient rooms. Super clean throughout the hotel and friendly staff. Security team can relax a bit but it is a safe environment, to their credit.
