Bed is rock hard! Pillows are flat and rock hard! Bar is never ope. I booked here because was close church funeral was at. Specifically rented for bar in hotel to watch Saturday packer game as it was to cold to drive around and was getting in at 9 pm on friday night so again not driving around. Never opened though posted 4 30 to 1130. Asked at front desk if want maid service which never came so no dry towels! Horrible. Only noce thing was a sweet girl at front desk at check in!

BS fee

When we checked in the attendant was rude. We arrived at 1:30PM and was told the room was ready. However, we could not check in until 2:00 PM. If we checked in at 1:30 we had to pay $25. We did but couldn't figure why we had to pay the fee. The attendant just said that's the rule.
