Relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge areas. From the impeccable still life artwork design to the stimulating outdoor settings, the villa’s enclosed setting is a real lure, inspiring even the most discerning of guests.



Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area with pergola. There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the essentials in order for you to enjoy culinary homemade delicacies; electric oven and gas hobs, sink, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes and glasses. The outdoor lounge & dining area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, also embellished with a 60” Smart TV. The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in real beds and 3 extra guests can be accommodated in two single sofa-beds and one couch. The maximum capacity is 17 guests.

On bright days, let children roam free in the garden worthy of any game of hide and seek.

Location Overview


Aesthea Exclusive Villa is located in the wonderful village of Skaleta, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum.

Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 15 minutes away on foot. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. A bus stop with regular itineraries can also be found there.

Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are located within just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy.

Prinos village is also really close and among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views. Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…you can visit Arkadi monastery, Anogia, Argyroupoli, Kournas lake, Matala, Knossos and a lot of other places that are nearby.
