A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Hotel horroroso péssimo

Atendimento péssimo na recepção, instalações do hotel velhas, tudo horrível, cama ruim, travesseiros sujos e tão velhos que parecem uma muchiba, lençol fino e velho, não te dão cobertor nem se vc pagar a parte, quarto sujo mofado, banheiro em péssimas condições com a tampa do vaso quebrada, espelho enferrujado… ficamos menos de 6 horas hospedados e fomos em busca de outro lugar para se hospedar, não recomendo nem para moradores de rua!
