Quero falar da minha indignação com o funcionário Wilson ou wilamis da recepção, tratamento horrível, desrespeitoso com o cliente pois me hospedo neste hotel a 02 anos sinceramente é constrangedor a forma que ele recepciona, esquecendo que não estamos pedindo favores me hospedo na rede Andrade para trabalhar e sempre solicito um quarto menos barulhento e com um pouco de conforto, no entanto ele procura oferecer o mais inadequado. Espero que seja tomada providência ou do contrário deixo de hospedar-me no hotel vela branca.

O cardápio fraco no café da manhã , equipe de funcionários terríveis principalmente na recepção, mal educados chegamos na recepção para a hospedagem já tudo pago mesmo assim nos trata como se estivéssemos em busca de favores, salvo poucos, como o senhor Roberto sempre muito educado e solícito e o senhor Cláudio que serve na cozinha, limpeza ruim lençóis mal cheirosos.

O cardápio tem uma diversidade boa, mas no segundo dia deixou a deseja por não repor as comidas, o café da manhã e até as 10h chegamos às 08:30 e não tinha quase nada e eles tbm não repôs🙄 outra coisa o checkout é às 12h a camareira chegou lá batendo na porta antes das 10h querendo fazer a limpeza achei (bem inconveniente), e o ar por volta das 03h parou de funcionar e por fim falta tapetes no banheiro.

Nos mudaram de hotel com a justificativa que havia tido um problema com nossos quartos (estávamos com uma criança de 3 anos). Fomos alocados em um hotel de qualidade inferior onde nem se quer havia elevador, chuveiro não funcionava o quente, espaço bem menor se comparado a o que alugamos. Extremamente frustrante. Não recomendo.

Apesar de a equipe de funcionários ser muito atenciosa e prestativa, a estrutura dos quartos não corresponde ao que é divulgado nas imagens e apresenta claros sinais de falta de manutenção. Reservei dois quartos e ambos tinham infiltrações; os banheiros eram extremamente apertados; a acústica é ruim, permitindo ouvir todos os ruídos externos; e o ar-condicionado não funcionava adequadamente, além de pingar dentro do quarto. O café da manhã está dentro do esperado e a localização é excelente. No entanto, o hotel deixa a desejar no que diz respeito à estrutura e às instalações dos quartos.
