The hotel is old but for 2 nights was ok. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Please be careful. Recife is notorious dangers city. Be carful.

A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Era tudo bem limpinho, a equipe do hotel era maravilhosa e tem uma exelente localização com tudo perto. Entretanto a infraestrutura do hotel está bem precária, paredes com infiltração, não entregam um cobertor, travesseiros de péssima qualidade.

O hotel tem um com custo benefício, o único problema é que reservei dois quartos triplos, um ficou na parte nova do hotel, tudo ok. O outro ficou na parte antiga, numa espécie de duplex, em que tivemos que subir uma escada no interior do quarto pra acessar às camas e banheiro.

PIOR HOTEL QUE JÁ FIQUEI!

Fiquei hospedada apenas uma noite neste hotel, pagando R$ 251,81, e foi uma das piores experiências que já tive. Sempre achei que as avaliações negativas fossem exageradas, mas infelizmente são totalmente verdadeiras. Logo na chegada, o transtorno começou: cheguei do aeroporto com uma mala grande e pesada, e o hotel não tem rampa de acesso. Há um “elevador” na calçada que não serve para esse fim. Pedi ajuda à recepcionista Carla Simone, que foi extremamente antipática e sem disposição alguma, dizendo apenas que era “pela escada mesmo”. Felizmente, um funcionário mais velho percebeu e me ajudou por conta própria. No check-in, fui atendida por outra recepcionista, Viviane, que foi apenas correta, sem simpatia. No quarto, encontrei apenas uma toalha, o chuveiro pingava mesmo fechado e o ambiente era bem simples. Estava tão decepcionada que nem reclamei. À noite, pedi pizza pelo iFood, e ao solicitar talheres, fui informada de que o hotel não oferece, apenas vende descartáveis — algo inadmissível diante da baixa qualidade geral do serviço. A cama era péssima, acordei com fortes dores nas costas. No dia seguinte, o café da manhã já estava montado, mas bloqueado por uma faixa, impedindo o acesso antes do horário “oficial”. Muitos hóspedes esperavam, o que parecia uma piada. Saí sem comer, apenas tomei um café puro. Resumindo: péssimo atendimento, estrutura precária e zero empatia por parte da equipe. Um hotel que demonstra claramente falta de preparo e de gestão. Jamais voltaria
