You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: BRL 150 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: BRL 35 per person, per stay
• Electricity fee: BRL 1.50 per kilowatt-hour, per stay
• A damage deposit of BRL 600 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example).
