Ótimo atendimento, check in e check out com late permitido. Café da manhã muito bom e com música ao vivo na medida, ambiente. O moço da chapa no café da manhã tb muito competente e simpático (não me recordo o nome dele). Pontos a melhorar: estender o corrimão na piscina até o primeiro degrau, pq pra descer ficou difícil quem tem limitações. Quarto confortável e chuveiro e cama de excelente qualidade. Muito confortável e excelente estadia, a cama é bem confortável e o quarto amplo, banheiro muito bom, box espaçoso. Pontos negativos diria que faltou a opção de smartv, visto que a claro é bastante limitada e achei o quarto muito escuro, os corredores também, o hotel todo no geral é bastante escuro. A equipe é sensacional, da recepção, passando pela segurança e cozinha, atendimento impecável, o café da manhã é incrível, muito gostoso mesmo, e o bugan burger é muito gostoso.

During my stay, I was truly pampered from beginning to end. I would especially like to commend the Chef and his wonderful crew for their delightful service. Every morning, I was spoiled with a delicious omelet and a perfectly stuffed tapioca—it felt like being on a honeymoon with myself. Thank you, Chef, for making each day such a joy. I also want to extend my compliments to all of the serving staff. A special shout-out to Chaves—your kind eyes and benevolent demeanor made me feel not just welcomed, but entitled to such warm service. Thank you, Chaves, you are a true darling.
