Come stay in a little slice of urban peace and quiet. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the NC State Fairgrounds, 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh, and 15 minutes to North hills Park with 6 quarts if you are a pickleball fan! With three spacious bedrooms, three bathroom bathrooms, and a remodeled urban interior and kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away from home. The master bedroom has its own private full bath with a shower and bathtub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bedroom and spacious closet and the second guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed with spacious closet. There is a full bath in the hallway leading two the two guest bedrooms. There is a third full bath is located off the bonus room. There bonus room has a futon that folds into another bed and a nook with lots of board games!

There is a large manicured front lawn and a beautiful backyard covered with shady oak trees and a fire pit. Every so often, you might even see some deer in the mornings while you drink your coffee!

On business? Good thing there’s AT&T fiber Internet! The whole house is all yours! I just ask you treat it with respect and remember it’s an old home so do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
