Tucked behind our home on a quiet, wooded lot, this cozy tiny home is a simple and peaceful place to stay just minutes from UNC. It’s ideal for a solo traveler looking for a private, convenient spot with everything you need.
The home sits in a fully fenced backyard with its own private gate and parking. You’ll have easy access to Hwy 54, making it a straight shot to UNC campus, dining, and shops.
Inside, the space is thoughtfully set up to be comfortable and functional, with a lofted sleeping area and a well-equipped kitchen for your stay.
Amenities:
* Lofted single bed (sleeps 1)
* Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and sink
* Private bathroom with shower
* Free parking
* Fully fenced backyard with private entrance
* Peaceful wooded setting
We do live in the main house on the property, but the tiny home has its own space and entrance for privacy.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash in the yard, as we have chickens on the property.
If you’re looking for a quiet, simple stay close to UNC, this is a great fit.

* Friendly chickens on the property, with fresh eggs sometimes available
* If my wife is home, she’s an excellent barista and happy to make custom coffee drinks
