We were under the impression that we would have an elevator as one of us has trouble walking up and down stairs. Again they made us believe that deck repairs would not affect us yet we were locked in on our last day. It would have been nice to know these things before we booked our vacation with them.

This was our second stay—our first experience was excellent! However, this time we booked a ‘townhouse’ room but were given a third-floor condo unit instead, with no prior communication or clarification at check-in. It was a big deal for the kids… No compensation was offered until we inquired. Additionally, there was a noisy party next door on our second night, which affected our overall experience. We love radium and will try again and see how the third experience goes.
