Rabinal Vacation Packages

The floors were dirty as hell. If you walked around barefoot in the hotel room, your feet will be black. Two separate rooms were like this. Definitely feels unsanitary. The lobby bathrooms were either clogged, broken, or unclean. The breakfast was great. The restaurant is worth checking out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in two rooms. The second room for the other half of my trip, was missing a tv and well not that important but a chair. Some outlets weren’t working either. The price is okay, wouldn’t say it totally worth it. To the hotel: please have someone clean those floors, they are nasty.

Friendly and courteous staff and great accommodations.

The staff was amazing , I lost my wedding band and the cleaning lady found it and left it on the nightstand. They come by 3 times a day to make sure sure the room is cleaned and beds made up. The hotel is beautiful with great spots for pictures. The rooms are large but they are decorated in a colonial style that may not appeal to a younger generation.
