Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, the apartment was not prepared to receive guests. Tables, toilet seats, refrigerator and other surfaces were not cleaned in preparation for guests. There were two bathrooms, but one bathroom had no water connections for the shower-only the toilet and sink had water. Only one bathroom offered warm water. Windows were un close able. Shades and curtains were held up with tape. The dresser/wardrobe was almost falling apart when you open the doors or drawers. There was trash and belongings of previous guests in the drawers and cabinets.
There is a tv that doesn’t work in the master bedroom.
We asked for the remote for the climate control (a/c —heater) but it was no where to be found even after contacting the host.
The refrigerator was not cleaned before our arrival and it smelled like it had been left turned off for some months and was recently turned on.
The host dismissed our complaints; said that he would come by and resolve them but never came.
The stay was not worth the price and the presentation of the apartment was offensive for what we paid.
