The hotel was without a doubt amazing. The high level of service was remarkable and all of the staff to the housekeepers always greeted us with kindness. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to take guests to the hotel and back. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a continental and Ecuadorian style breakfast. Very pleased with our stay here and we were treated very well. A special thanks to Jhonny for his kindness.

The hotel had a counter in the airport right by luggage claim and we were able to immediately get a shuttle to the airport. We ordered room service from the vegan menu and had a great night's sleep in the large, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast the next morning was large and varied and we all found something to eat. The shuttle back to the airport was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with a stopover in Quito who want a convenient and clean place to stay.
