The staff was not friendly, my room was booked for 4 people but only 2 bottles of water and 3 coffee pods were there, when I asked for more the staff told me you have to buy from wending machine. The bathroom was not clean. The curtain was torn apart. There were no slippers. In total I was not satisfied with this hotels service and the staff

Arrived was put in a room that smelt like smoke or moldy called front desk and asked to move rooms and they said they had someone on the way to confirm the room the guy walked in and wanted to right away to spray the room with air freshener, we had to ask him a few times to move us to a different room they then moved us to the room next door it smelt alittle better so we put our stuff in the room never looked at the bathroom but when we got back to the room a few hours later and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and looked/ smelt like someone pee’d on the floor in the bathroom by the looks of the big yellow puddle on the floor, so they then moved us to the rook across the hall and it smelted alittle better, the bathroom in the 3rd room had someone's hair all over the showers wall we were told to come and talk to a manager before checking out but it was sunday so no manager on site and the front desk had no idea what to do

The hotel was near the highway interchanges, so it was convenient for going to various places. Otherwise, the area nearby had nothing to really do, the parking garage was in disrepair, and even the side of the building looked like it needed a fix. The staff were excellent (restaurant, front desk, cleaning) but the physical space needs to complete it's repairs. It looks like one elevator was just replace, and another in the process of being replaced. This would be fine, but it seemed almost every guest over our stay was on the 8th or 12th floor, and with only one elevator to share, making wait time quite long. The 12th floor also had a leak of some sort with a large garbage can collecting water in the middle of the hallway. Additionally, the pool has been closed for over a month (the majority of the summer) which was disappointing.

No AC working when we arrived and staff left a stand up fan so they obviously knew of the issue but never mentioned at check in. We were tired and didn’t want to complain but it was a horrible sleep with high humidity.

Room was clean but the shower handle tap fell of no pressure so shower was not very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling and every time it gets worse. This hotel is always under renovations and it is still in disrepair. Won’t be staying here anymore

Cleanliness was okay but the bathroom had a bad smell. Perhaps it was the shower curtain or just the surfaces ( floor, counter). It looked clean but had a bad smell. Like it was cleaned with a moldy rag. Overall the stay was okay.
