Was not happy with area . Restaurant had limited food to pick for dinner. Ask for cream/milk at front desk for my coffee in my room staff stated didn’t have any..only gave us two coffee pods for two of us for two nights. No water for pot had to go purchase bottled water. Overall didn’t like it at all…hopefully Expedia can reimburse use somewhat. Also description states 9 minutes from old Quebec City and it’s was like 27 minutes drive…

Lobby is nice but as we approached elevators there was a very bad smell of who knows what. The rooms have been recently renovated but the workmanship was shoddy. Paint missing behind sink - just little things like that that lowers the rating. Front staff were exceptional but I won’t be staying there again.

when i booked via Expedia, there was not mention of a fee for pets, just said pets welcomed. I specifically chose this hotel as it didn't indicate a fee for pets, other did. I was disapointed to see that I was charged $25 extra for my small yorkie. Definitly won't chose this hotel in the future. Staff simply said, we tell our affilate that tthere is a fee, she washed her hands from it.

The Reception staff were very helpful.. We needed $4 exactly for the Bus number 11 to Gare Fluviale downtown, and exchanged the notes with no fuss.. And we could keep our room on for a fee as we had an evening flight.. Walking to the Mall is a nice 25 minute walk, being English we tend to walk if possible.

It was good price for the last minute, 2 things that i wanted is there is no microwave in each room, which obviously is need in this busy time and the no availability of plates ond disposal cutlery these kind things is really convenient to have and helsp customers to easly eat their dinner in their rooms. But as per other thing best room, clean and very good curtains.
