Nice place overall

Hotel entrance for cars is very difficult to find. Only one clerk so it took awhile to check in. Room was nice and big , and clean. Sofa old and hard. No blackout curtains in L/R. Parking under the hotel, charged $20/day. Reasonable walk to old town, very hilly but beautiful. Definitely drive out of Quebec to the waterfalls and Gorge. Food in the area was good.

The hotel is beautiful the staff is very friendly, excellent location. There is no water bottle in the room which I would expect for the amount we paid per night they could place a water bottle, when we asked for one they told us to drink from the tap. Also we requested for 30 min late check out we were refused even though the hotel was half empty. Just want to mention the young bell boy when we arrived on Monday Oct 6 went out of his way to help us and was very polite sorry I didn't get his name.

Great location!

Great location just outside the gate to Old Quebec which made driving to the hotel much easier than if we stayed inside the wall. Nice hotel. We found it disappointing that the towels weren’t changed, glasses replaced and beds made everyday for the price we paid. We had the same drinking glasses for 3 days.

Great location. Good deal compared to other hotels in area. Nice room but few amenities and furniture was looking a bit shabby. Still, comfortable. Ate at the lovely restaurant twice - most dishes were very good except the lobster poutine which was downright disgusting - couldn’t eat it - stay away from that entree!!

Location is phenomenal! Got to drop the car in the garage and not need it again until checkout. Able to walk everywhere in the old city. Beautiful hotel.
