Th ehotel now sits on his reputation and location. The sink was cracked and dirt set in the sink crack which is unsanitary. The batch under sink was dirty. It is old and needs to be looked into. If you want to be seen as a 5 stars hotel don'T just act like one but be true to it in every details. I have to wait 45 minutes just to check in and the lady did not know how to make me pay only the deposit so I paid full stay instead.

The entire experience exceeded our expectations! The room was clean upon arrival. We were greeted by a friendly smile upon checkin. The day time concierge who was there each day...Thursday, Friday and Saturday daytime went so above and beyond for us with his courteousness, speed in helping, engaging personality....top notch.
