My time at Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive was amazing overall. Our room was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, and housekeeping ensured it stayed that way throughout our stay—making the beds, neatly organizing our belongings, and consistently restocking the minibar. The staff were truly kind, and I deeply appreciated their positive energy and willingness to help in any way possible. As for the amenities, I thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the spa. One helpful tip for future guests: arriving early at the pool is best if you want prime lounge seating, as many chairs are reserved with towels later in the day. I also loved the daily activities offered, from bike tours and sunset yoga to evening dance performances. Overall, my experience was very positive. My only suggestion would be offering more options for vegan guests. Aside from that, everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Meliá Punta Cana, for helping make my birthday trip truly special.

Our stay here was great, the room was clean and they always gave us fresh towels. The buffets were great and we really enjoyed Alfonzo at the sports bar. He never failed to put a smile on our faces and was definitely a highlight of our stay. Although we did not upgrade to the level, we still had a great time. The pool was kept nice and clean and the staff was more than friendly. Pablo at the towel stand was also amazing and helped us with our excursion! Overall staff, food, and stay was amazing

beautiful location and friendly staff. bad management and understaffed, it took us 15-30 min every night to get a drink from the bar. horrible buffet selection, and the only other option is making reservations days in advance for restaurants but both my mom and i got food poisoning from one of their reserved dinners. they cleaned the room every morning/afternoon but never replaced the bedding, and i’m pretty sure it’s an extra charge for them to. then tried forcing us to give a 5-star review before even being able to leave the hotel for the airport. when we travel again it definitely will not be to the “melia” resorts. save your money and go somewhere else.

On 12/10/2025 phase one My wife and I arrived at the Meliá beach Punta Cana. This is the worse resort we have ever stayed at. When we were dropped off by my driver no one came to get the luggage. I then took my luggage to the counter and stood there for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The first thing that was asked if we belonged to the Meliá rewards thing. I said we do not. Then they went-on and on about this reward thing which turns out to be like a time share pitch. I then stopped them and said I just want my room. Well here is we’re phase two begins. To get to the room you have to be taken on this golf cart and the room is like 1 mile from the main lobby. Phase three. The room was a disaster it smelled like mold from the point you open the door. The room felt humid. I then looked for where was the return for the AC and when I found it up in the ceiling by the entrance the filter looks like it had not been replaced in years not month. I went off on every one complaining of how old and in need of a renovation the room was. I had been staying at the Majestic Elegance for over 6 years two and three times a year and never went through anything like this. Well back to the resort from hell. No one says good morning or anything the staff barely acknowledges you. Now day two. When my complaining reach Zully, that’s when things got better. Zully should be the general manager of this place she cares. She not heard she listened and took action quickly.
