Amazing Experience

The staff was fantastic, attentive but not overbearing, and everything the chef prepared was delicious. Everything was clean and our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I would definitely recommend this as a destination for any group.

Amazing Property

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had 17 people and it was plenty big to accommodate all of us. The bedrooms were quiet even when people were hanging out in the common space playing pool or at the bar. The outdoor space is fantastic and the pool is great for kids of all ages. We had 2 toddlers that were able to walk around in the shallow end. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made drinks, brought towels and were always around to help. The chef was amazing. Every meal was fantastic. Also, very easy to get to the golf clubhouse and beach club via golf cart. We would definitely stay here again

Up and coming gem

This property is amazing and the staff are fantastic. The butler and chef were attentive and the food was delicious. We have zero issues with the service or villa itself. What we did not know, was that this property is situated in the middle of the early stages of development of this resort. Ours was one of only two competed villas on our street and it was a giant construction zone. There was really only one functioning beach area within golf cart range - the Eden Roc. Without the Eden Roc, there will be challenges having beach access as this villa is not near the beach. We feel that in time, this development (cap cana) is going to be an amazing destination. It’s just a little premature. We still had an amazing time. There is so much there already that’s “good” But felt we needed to post a comprehensive review.

Exceptional Property

Could not have been better for our group of 8 golfers. Property is excellent in every way. Rooms and outdoor areas were all excellent and staff was great. Location on Punta Espada was perfect and amenities of Cap Cana make this ideal set up in Punta Cana. Property is everything advertised and more. Thanks

The house was outstanding. The staff was fabulous, especially Chef Bertrand who had to manage meals for thirteen of us including two adults with dietary restrictions and three small children. Our Butler Solano was also outstanding. A great place for our family Christmas vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the villa and I must say, the service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude towards our Butler, Endry. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always there to assist us with any request or question we had. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The chef at this deserves all the praise. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. Hats off to the chef for creating such culinary delights. I must also mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. The Villa was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. It added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention the beautiful Eden Roc beach. Although it required a 10-minute golf cart ride and multiple trips, it was well worth it. The beach was stunning, with crystal clear waters and powdery white sand. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend this villa. The service, from the butler to the chef and the entire team, was exceptional. The food was delectable, the property was immaculate, and the beach was breathtaking. I will definitely be returning and encourage others to experience

AMAZING !!!!

This house is amazing, pictures does not do any justice!!! The butler spoiled us and the housekeepers kept us walking into a clean house everyday. The chef was mind blowing, everything was delicious !!! The host helped us with anything we reached out about, the concierge was part of us!!!! We love this house and the staff will definitely book again 😩

Trip Organizer

The house was really nice and beautiful. However, every room was clean until you went into the kitchen there were roaches everywhere at night. We never saw them in any other area of the house. when you opened the cabinets in the kitchen large and small baby roaches were every where. The chef and staff was really nice and I informed the chef about how dirty he let the kitchen daily and the roaches.

Wonderful!

My group of 11 friends stayed the weekend at this gorgeous property. Everyone in the house is outstanding - from Alex the attentive manager, Ramon the chef extraordinaire, Rosa the patient housekeeper and Endre the everything (bartender, schedule coordinator, coffee supplier, foosball partner) . The house was pristine, and was an easy trip via golf carts to Eden Roc. We were able to use all the facilities at Eden Roc except for the fitness center. There was a bit of construction around the property, but that will be moot within the year as neighboring houses seem near completion. We happily plan to return in 2024!

First class in every aspect

On a golf trip, 8 of us on golf vacation. Accommodation, food, & staff were excellent. Best of 6 annual visits. Especially Liliana who we hired to bartend & she was excellent-could not do enough for us. Also shout out to Adderly, house manager & Alix gen mgr. we are booking for next year!

Spectacular and wonderful!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The villa is gorgeous, spacious, and just wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Also really loved the access to Eden Roc beach club and proximity to Punta Espada golf club.
