host was excellent. very easily reached and answered all our question on a timely manner. the house staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful but overall fulfilled their responsibilities as described. the chef hired for the weekend was excellent in all aspects. very friendly, helpful, amicable and the food wax excellent. This property is tremendous physically, and is perfect for a large family or a group of 4-5 couples. The bedrooms are huge with soaring wood ceilings, all with their own en-suite upscale bathrooms. The common spaces are equally beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and you can't beat the location and access to the Eden Roc Beach Club (which is also beautiful) and discounts at the adjacent Punta Espada golf course, which is one of the top courses in the world. The chef and housekeeping service are top-notch, especially the food prepared by Yaney, which was better -- and much cheaper -- than herding rabbits to get the entire family out to dinner. We couldn't recommend the place more highly, and the owners / hosts Silvia and Andrea are wonderful and attentive as well.

A group of girlfriends joined me to celebrate my bday and our villa was perfect for the occasion. The staff were super attentive and ensured we had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful stay!

We just got home from an amazing vacation with friends. What a trip! We will definitely be back!The villa was perfect for us. We hired Chef Yaney for 4 of our days there, and it made everything so easy and convenient. There were 9 of us, including 4 adults and 5 kids ages 7-12. The villa overlooked the beautiful golf course and felt very private. The pool was great for the kids to play around in while we were at the house, and the Eden Roc Beach Club was just a short golf cart away. We went to the Beach Club during the days to hang at their beach and pools, but came back to the villa for meals from the wonderful chef. The last two nights we went to the La Palapa restaurant at the Beach Club. The hosts Andrea and Silvia were so helpful with planning every detail. Our airport pickup, grocery delivery, chef, and extra golf cart for the week was all set up before we arrived. Andrea was there when we arrived to give us a tour and make sure we had everything we needed, and he checked in often. The chef and maids took great care of us, although the language barrier was a little difficult. Thank goodness for the google-translate app! Both families agreed it was the best vacation EVER! We're already trying to figure out a good time we can come back.

Great location and chef

The house is perfect for a group of friends or large family. The location walking distance to the Eden Roc Beach Club is a big plus. The chef is a must, he made delicious, homemade, healthy food breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend Villa Daniela

We had a lovely stay at Villa Daniela! The house was beyond gorgeous and the view of the 11th hole on Punta Espada was breathtaking. This truly is the best way to vacation with friends and family with children of all ages! The staff and chef exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Island Vacation

Incredible week at a breathtaking villa! 10 of us had plenty of room; all bedrooms/bathrooms were beautiful and private. The main living space was comfortable and relaxing. Pool/jacuzzi was perfect for 5 kids/5 adults to enjoy. Location was amazing; Eden Roc, Punta Espada, Green Village only a golf cart away. The staff were helpful and friendly, our Chef prepared meals delicious! The host was most helpful and always available for any requests/questions. Caleton Villas are dreamlike - the perfect island vacation destination!!

Best trip ever!

Villa Daniella exceeded all of our expectations! First, Andrea is an amazing host. He was in constant contact before and during the trip, helping us to plan meals, transportation and excursions. We are two families of 6 each and we had more than enough space to be together and to have privacy. The main living area was spacious and provided a nice breeze during the day. The pool and spa overlook hole #11 at Punta Espada for the perfect backdrop. We loved the privacy we had, too! Each of the bedrooms felt like a 5 star hotel suite and everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were. Andrea provided two staff members who quietly kept the Villa organized and clean and also had coffee and breakfast ready for us every morning. We also had a chef for a portion of the week and would definitely recomment that service. The Villa is an easy walk to Eden Roc Resort, where we enjoyed the pools, the beach and multiple restaurants. The staff at Eden Roc went out of their way to make our time enjoyable. We have been to the DR multiple times and this is by far our favorite location. Villa Daniella is a perfect space for your family or a group of friends. We will be back! Thank you, Andrea!

Great house, location and service

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had previously stayed at the nearby Eden ROC but wanted to have more bedrooms for our 2 children. Since the house has access to the hotel, we went to the beach every day and ate at the restaurants for dinners most nights. Golf cart ride is about 3 minutes. Amazing service from the owner as well as the two ladies that service and live at the house. They helped prepare meals for our 2 young children which was very helpful. Only thing to keep in mind is that each of the bedrooms is a separate unit, so it took some getting used to with 2 very young children. We chose to lock their doors from the outside every night.

Amazing Villa!

The Villa and the staff exceeded expectations. Yaney was an amazing chef...The communication with the host was very quick and easy. They prestocked the house and also had the local Fishmonger deliver live lobsters for dinner one night. This villa is highly recommended

Villa Daniela Was a Dream

We came to this beautiful Villa for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Our host was fantastic in his communications with me prior to coming. We had a private chef and every meal was incredible! We went on the catamaran tour and it was above and beyond our expectations. The Eden Roc Beach Club was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Our whole group loved this place! 10/10 would recommend this place every single time!

An Amazing Family Christmas at Villa Daniela

We had an incredible time at Villa Daniela - the entire experience from check in to check out was catered to our group and the attentiveness of our hosts was second to none. We had a large group of 7 adults, a 4.5 year old, a 2.5 year old and a 20 month old. All of the rooms are separate from the main common area and have adjoining ensuites, air conditioning, and amazing space to setup the room to accommodate young ones. We had more than enough space at the Villa with our large group size. We opted in for the Villa chef to take care of cooking our meals and there wasn’t a meal that anyone didn’t absolutely love. The house staff were incredibly warm and very accommodating with the children and respectful of our space. I don’t know how they did it, but they essentially went about their daily cleaning completely unnoticed - we never saw them cleaning but everything was always immaculate. Some tips for anyone considering this villa - if you have a large party, make sure you rent a second golf cart. The chef service is also incredible for large groups and young ones so I would recommend doing that. The Eden Roc beach club is about a 3 minute golf cart from the villa and the beach and beach club is excellent - truly a great experience. For golfers, the villa is located on the 11th fairway which is amazing and about a 5 minute golf cart ride to the pro shop. This golf course is incredible and very well maintained. Recommend golfing earlier in the morning before the winds pick up!!

Family stay

We very much enjoyed our stay Villa Daniela. A beautiful property. The hosts were amazing and were incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We also really like the fact we were able to rent an additional golf cart. Highly recommended! We look forward to returning again.

Amazing stay at Villa Daniela in Cap Cana

Just returned from one of the best vacations ever. I did a ton of research looking for an easy family friendly tropical golf bday vacation and all signs let me to Punta Espada in Cap Cana. We were looking for the opposite of a mega all inclusive resort and wanted to stay somewhere nicer, more private and quieter with a good beach and access to a few great restaurants. We were so lucky to find Villa Daniela located inside the Eden Roc Resort at the southern end of Cap Cana which is a luxury gated resort community. Villa Daniela is spectacular in every way. Located just 200 yards away from the stunning Eden Roc breach club and facing the 11th fairway of Punta Espada Golf resort. The hosts of Villa Daniela, Andrea and Sylvia were unbelievably kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and we’re constantly in communication throughout our stay and recommended the best restaurants and even booked our golf tee times. The 2 live in housekeepers were also amazing and prepared breakfast for us each morning while making sure all rooms were cleaned each day. Villa Daniela is fully equipped with everything you could ever need with a beautiful pool and even a golf cart. The rooms were so well appointed and decorated. Eden Roc is a stunning resort with 4 amazing restaurants and a beautiful pool and private beach and is only a 15 min drive from the airport and really easy to get to. We loved our stay and can not wait to return again.
